PC Substrates™ are available in varying sizes and thicknesses: Current stock may include:

0.025" Thickness
8.0"x6.5"x.025" Although all of our PC Substrates™ are highly translucent, the .025" is our thinnest and most translucent material. Available in packs of five sheets.

0.035" Thickness
7.25"x7.50x.035" Almost square. Available in packs of five sheets.

0.040" Thickness
4.5"x4.5"x.040" These sheets are an extremely popular and very economical test tile size. With gently rounded corners, these sheets are also ideal for children.  Great way of testing out a range of processes before committing to a larger sheet. Great cost saving measure. Available in packs of ten sheets.

5"x7'X.040" Small, but very popular rectangular sheets. With gently rounded corners, these sheets are also ideal for children. Available in packs of five sheets.

9.6"x6.4"x.040" Available in limited quantities. Packs of five sheets.

11"x7.40"x.040" Our most popular PC Substrate™ sheet. The largest rectangular size, just like a ceramic "page"

.080" Thickness
13"x5.5"x.080" Nice format for portrait (vertical) panels or landscape (horizontal) work. Extremely strong. Could be used for backsplash or other architectural uses.

.100" Thickness
7.5"x5.5"x.100: Our thickest and strongest material. Still extremely translucent even at this thickness. Shown backlit on the "About" page (this sheet shown on the far right)

Sheets with Rounded Corners:

4.5"x4.5"x.040" and 5"x7"x.040" All sheets in these two sizes have rounded corners. 

Sheets with Hanging Holes:

Currently available in two sizes, in our thickest material for maximum strength.

.080" Thickness
13"x5.5"x.080 With Hanging Holes: Same sheet as listed above, but has laser drilled hanging holes on one of the short ends, so that you can hang your work without framing it. Great for gallery work.

.100" Thickness
7.5"x5.5x.100" With Hanging Holes: You can take your work straight from the kiln - to your wall!!

These sizes are also available without hanging holes (see above). Other sizes can be laser drilled upon request.

Jewelry blanks:

PC Substrate™ Jewelry Blanks are currently available in two shapes, rectangular and oval. See image below.

Oval Jewelry Blank:.750"x.500'x.035" Laser drilled hole diameter:.0625" 3/32" from the top of the blank.
Rectangle Jewelry Blank:.875"x.500"x.035. Laser drilled hole diameter:.0625" 3/32" from the top of the blank.

Other sizes available soon! Custom sizes available on special order and generally requires a 2-3 week lead time.
